Hi,Myself & wife married for the last 6 years.Trying for a child but all efforts in vain.Will we have children?

Place:Mumbai
Time:00.15 am

Wife Details:
DOB:20/11/1978
Place:Mumbai
Time:10.57 pm

hi,
Initially,I had problems regarding fertility,had a surgery and treatment under the best doctor available.Current reports taken few days back,show +ve results.doctor even suggested iui treatment based on report.,Currently wife is facing some problems with her monthly cycles.She just underwent  an ayurvedic treatment for 12 days in a hospital at Kerala.
These treatments started in 2011.

Which means that the last 6 years you two were not equipped enough to bear children. Right?

So,as per the doctor when are you two fit for it?
