when will I get married?

I wanted to know if anyone can tell me when I'll get married?  It has been predicted I should be married by now, but I am still not and nothing is materializing.
My date of birth is August 13, 1980, TOB is 9:30am (not corrected for daylight savings) and POB is grand junction, co, usa.  My lagna should be kanya.  I am female.

moon in Leo with Jupiter. Asc is Virgo has mars and Saturn causing agnimarutha yoga. you are short tempered, emotional ,slow decision maker. not able to make decision @ right time.
