number 606 in a dream

i had a really weird dream last night. i was in a country with the dessert around it and an old lady was in the dream. the numbers 606 came up twice. does this mean anything to anyone i'm new to numerology and been doing some research on the number come up to be the name of some lady called ruth in the judaisme religion. could someone give me some clues to what it means?

Long shot, but isn't Ruth a name in the bible...Is that the same numerology where 666 actually comes out to mean Nero as in the Roman Empire? Good luck Sean. Messages are sent in ways we would understand them..so the fact that you came up with Ruth on your own is a good start? One sign post leads to another sign post leads us to where we need to be?
