ringing in my ears?

I have been having buzzing in my ears mostly when im cleaning it used to happen alot when i was a kid. its almost like everything els gets toned out and  i hear is a small ringing sound it started before the 4th :) any ideas?

Have your ears checked by a doctor.  These are symptoms of ear problems.
