Drink more water
1. Drinking water in the morning helps activate internal organs.
2. Drinking water before meal will help digestion.
3. Drinking water before taking a shower help preventing high blood pressure.
4. Drinking water befoer sleep prevents heart attack.

Unfortunately in many countries the drinking water available is of such a poor quality that it is one of the main sources of the harmful chemicals found in people's bodies.
Also it is not always the case that drinking more water is always better.
For some years it was taught that it is impossible to drink too much as the body will simply excrete any excess amount through the kidney's in the urine, but now it is realized that in certain individuals where the ability to excrete excess amounts of water is seriously compromised for medical reasons such as with kidney disease, or where large volumes are consumed over a relatively short period of time, that water intoxication is quite possible.
For many years doctors in Australia have recommended that you should drink at least 8 X 250 ml glasses of H2O (the chemical formula of water) or 2 litres, each and every day in all seasons.
But now even that blanket rule has has been bought into question.
Some individuals require much more than that (for example due to them taking particular medications which cause constipation), while in others drinking this much a day could result in such serious thinning of their blood that they will quickly go into hypotonic shock, and suffer heart failure.
Please note that none of what I have written here is in disagreement with the many potential benefits of drinking good quality water to our health.
My message is merely that it is impossible and sometimes dangerous to try to force the same rules about drinking water onto everybody no matter what their situation is, or indeed on one person throughout their entire lifetime.
But their is absolutely no doubt that drinking whatever amounts of good quality water our bodies need is an important part of maintaining good health. After all, our bodies are composed of approximately 70% water. Our brains are over 90% water. Water is required by every single living cell.
Water IS life.

Drinking water is important when you try to lose weight and it keeps you hydrated. Water is very important for skin also. And most important thing is that the body can go 3 minutes without air 3 days without water .
