Drinking water.
Always try to drink plenty of water just after getting up from bed. It will keep yojavascript:emoticon(':smt006')u away from all kinds of physical diseases.

An excellent but often overlooked good health tip!
And be sure to make what water that you drink just after getting up from bed of the highest quality available, and the most free of any harmful contaminants which you are able to afford.
It has often been said that we are what we eat, but from a biochemical perspective because water is a significantly more basic but at the same time critical requirement for living, we are what we drink.
The following Law of 3s is of course a gross oversimplification of something which is actually very complex, as there are a large number of potential factors which could either considerably increase or decrease the body's requirements for air, food and water and any particular moment in time.
Also the 3 - 3 - 3 pattern makes it easier for us to remember.

However it is intended to impress upon us that the human body can under certain conditions last much longer without food than it can without water (H2O), and at normal temperatures after three minutes without an oxygen supply it means that you are likely to suffer from permanent, severe brain damage, if indeed you were to survive at all.Three minutes without air (oxygen), three days without water and three weeks without food..
Also the 3 - 3 - 3 pattern makes it easier for us to remember.
