Can anyone please advise on migraine cures? Regular painkillers are no longer working so wondered if anyone had any alternative cures.

If one could predict the worst migraines then one could find a way
to avoid triggers on that day and the days preceding. In this way
one could minimise reasonably the worst days.
I have a astrological diary that one can enter this kind of event
with the day to predict similar days in the future.... all one
needs is some kind of measure in say three steps like
"no migraine" "some migraine" and "bad migraine" and then
associate the date. I can get accurate enough to put in morning
afternoon or evening. A list of these for two months and from
there onwards ( about 50 or 60 events ) prediction can be
done...
