back pain

I have been suffering from severe lower back pain ( tailbone) for months now. It is good and bad periodically. tried yoga and walk regularly. it is much better.... but still I dont know what it is to be without pain. am relearning to walk. its easier to shuffle than rather walk. what else can be done?

That sounds painful, have you had any physio for it or tried pilates?

I have a bad back. Have you had any xrays or mri scans done? Maybe there is a physical cause for the pain. There is alot they can do if they know exactly why and where the pain is coming from. Otherwise chiropractic helps me :)

Well I think you need to have to consult with your doctor because lower back pain is not bearable .I also had it 2 years ago . I would also suggest you to not start exercise until your doctor recommend you .
