Tips for weight gain in a healthy way
Its going to sound funny...but i badly need to put on some weight...
may be my metabolic rate is high but i don't put on weight at all.....my weight is just 105 pounds or 47kgs...
m looking forward to ur suggestions and advice...

He's losing also, very skinny and tall...
He's active and eats very healthy...
He weights 125...
He's really skinny,
I don't want him to eat bad foods he's a healthy young man I just worry...
I don't let him eat an hour before bed time is all..
Now I let him eat anytime in between..
I never use to but Like I said I worry..

I would like to know why not~?
They told me his weight will ketch up to his height..
I do remember one of my brothers being that skinny also
My other brother and I use to make our selfs sick to be as thin as him..
I don't do that now I stopped that 13 years ago...
He's not sick like he was years ago he does have allergies of everything~!!
I'm a mother hen big time..LoL
He sleeps great 8 to 9 hours a night..
Any one else have this also~?
What am I and my husband to do~?

He does have weak somewhat weak mussel tone....
You could try those protein shakes, ensure, or powder forms. I used those shakes to help with getting enough protein in pregnancy. I have very fast metabolism too. Are you very tall? I think different people have different frame sizes and body structures. Like Prof Akers said too buiding muscle will give more bulk. Muscle weighs more than fat and is healthy weight gain.

I use to think I was 5'7 in heals.. Ha-Ha~!!
No I was 5'3 I think I shrunk again..
My son is a little taller then me now, sad I know..LoL
I was thinking what you said..
He hates milk, but he will listen if I tell him it's healthy for him,
he would drink it I think....
He does like the silk milk my husband bought once..
My hubby and I are diabetics and I can't drink the skim milk anymore..
Makes me ill....
I love milk to..
