Tips to get rid of acne

Hi^_^
My niece of 17 years old is having acne problem.
Before she was too much picking her acne and it was making her getting more.
But now she is no more doing so but even that she continue on getting acne.
She currently uses a baby cream but it's still not going at all, do any of you have a suggestion about what she can use to get rid of it, well maybe not at once but little by little.

Any natural way or product suggestions?
