Capscicum Besan Dhal Curry
Ingredients
Capscicums-2.
Oil-8 tbsps.
Mustard seeds-few.
Chilli Powder- 1 1/2 tsps.
Bengal Gram flour-3/4 cup (small desert cups for kheer).
Sugar -1/4 tsp.
Method :
1. Cut the capscicum into 1/2 inch pieces.
2. In a pan take oil. Add the mustard seeds. Once it starts to splatter add the capcicums, chilli powder & salt. When the capscicum becomes soft add the bengal gram flour. Mix well & cover with a lid for 5 -7 mins. Keep checking occassionally. When it is cooked well add the sugar. Mix well & serve hot.
Note: This goes well with Puri, Chapathi or Dhal & Rice.
