No one knows what goes through my head,
they don't even know I'd like to be dead.

no one knows I lye in my bed sad,
I try not to cry -  but to think of the trials I've had..

No one knows my face holds shame,
I think that life is just a horror game.

No one knows how I think and feel,
earth seems to me that it isn't real.

No one knows I have a book,
it's full of poems- no one can look.

For what it holds is my secrets and pain.
No one would care, for I will be given a new name.

I sit alone in class and look around,
everyones talking but I am not found.

My self esteem scares people away,
they don't even listen to what I have to say.

No one knows how scared I am,
sometimes I wish I were them.

No one knows I was black to hide,
what can't be seen on the outside.

No one knows that this is all true,
