I recently went to a Mind Body Spirit fair and bought many new crystals including a Buddstone...but I have absolutely no idea what it does. Can anyone help?
Thanks in advance

Buddstone is unclassified by the International Mineralogical Union. Buddstone is associated with Verdite and Serpentine in the green stone belt of eastern South Africa and Zimbabwe.
The Serpentine group is by far the most common occurring. While Verdite is confined to two main areas, one in eastern Zimbabwe and one in South Africa, the commercial grade Buddstone appears to be unique to the Barberton area. Buddstone may be a form of silicified Verdite.
Serpentine has many names like New Jade. Buddstone has been given the name African Jade, suggesting an association with Serpentine, in the Pyroxene group.
Buddstone stimulates and opens the channels for the raising of Kundalini when placed at the crown chakra.
Buddstone provides connection to ancient souls for information exchange.
Buddstone instils reliability and consistency.
Buddstone can be helpful in the treatment of diabetes, hypoglycaemia.
Buddstone has been used to combat dizziness, raising blood oxygen levels.
Buddstone can assist the body absorb calcium and magnesium.
Buddstone (African Jade)
Although neither a Jadeite nor a Nephrite, Buddstone is affectionately called the Jade of Africa for it's beautiful green color. It is believed to be an extremely healing and soothing stone for the nerves and senses. Buddstone brings realization to one's potential and devotion to one's purpose. It improves dream recall and aids dream solving. It releases suppressed emotions through dreams (place Buddstone under your pillow). It facilitates peace, both internally as well as in the materialistic world. Buddstone provides confidence by boosting one’s elf-assuredness, self-reliance, and self-sufficiency.
Physically - Buddstone is soothing to those with Alzheimer’s, senility, or dementia.
Buddstone is associated with the heart chakra.
