I would use Apophyllite, Azurite and Angelite,  Alos Stillbite and other Zeolites.

It all depnds on what you want help with really, don't forget to protect and earth your energies too, so that you have a safe return

CALL OUT MY SPIRIT GUIDES NAME AND HE
NEVER COMES. SOMETIMES WILL LOOK EVERY WHERE

 MAYBE WHAT I NEED IS A STONE TO AID ME

MY GUIDE BUT THEY WILL HAVE A RIDICULES NAME AND STAND AROUND
IN THEIR UNDERWEAR. SOME I JUST GET VERY BAD VIBES FROM
AND WHEN I ASK THEM TO LEAVE ME ALONE THAT GET VERY
ANGRY .
 I DO FEEL PROTECTED WHEN I TRAVEL .

I havent done it myself but a friend of mine uses fluorite to astral travel.  There are many colors and such so it would be best to choose the one that speaks to you or calls to you.  Hold it in your hand and mentally ask yourself if this one wil help you if you get a feling or any answer take note.  Intuitively if you go out to find one witht his process in mind for astral travel then you will choose the best one for you.

The classic shamanic journey is arguably the most venerable form of astral travel, going back 20,000 to 50,000 years.  

I have been teaching and and doing shamanic work for about twenty, and always wear a double-term quartz pendant with a lapis cab, mainly bcause of a pact I made with the quartz deva a long time ago.

BTW--you do NOT want to wear lapis directly next to your skin. I learned this the hard way, and later found out that Edgar Cayce had warned against doing just that.

It sound like you need to add a stone to help balance you once you are in the Astral state, Some stone good for that are Neptunite, Snowflake Obsidian, Galena, possible a Soapstone (one that has a good netural color) also Dioptase and then there is always and Agate but the Fire Agate kind.
One last stone wants to be included is Tremolite as this helps to balance out the etheric male/female energies.
