Aries depression?

HEY EVERYONE...IM JUST WONDERING IF ANY OTHER ARIES OUT THERE ARE DEPRESSED. IT SUCKS BECAUSE I HAVE SO MUCH ENERGY BOTTLED INSIDE OF ME AND CANT RELEASE IT I FEEL LACK OF CONFIDENCE ALL OF A SUDDEN AND ALWAYS MAKE TO-DO LISTS AT NIGHT BUT I SEEM TO LAY IN BED ALL DAY AND FEAR TO FACE THINGS........I NEVER USED TO BE LIKE THIS IM A TRUE ARIES IN EVERYWAY DOES ANYONE HAVE SUGGESTIONS.

SICK OF GETTING DISTRACTED EVERYTIME I GET ON TRACK...

Aries,

approximately when did this feeling start please ?
It looks like Venus may be the indicator in this case
but an approximate time when you began to feel
this would be very useful as there is Mars and the
Moon possibly involved ( resolved by timing ).

Go for a long walk or run , meditate. I find if i blank my mind out and say "shanit, shanti, shsanti" over and over (it means peace to the world and to myself)it calms me and stops negative thoughts running through my mind.
Talk to friends, if you live in the UK, talk to the samaritans if you do not feel your friends are supportive.eat nice food, take care of yourself.

hello
i am aries and have been suffering from depression for a while
and like you im an aries through and through and like
you i have all this energy but i can't feel like i can put it into
good use i don't feel as determined anymore or as entusiastic
and i hate it!
i have not tried to get help for my depression and i think
that might be something to do with been an aries
and having to much pride i don't want to let someone else take
control and sort things out for me
i want to try get over this myself but i don't really think it's working out
aries rules the brain and head so cna be sensitive to depression.
if you have been feeling like this for just a while try bite the bullet
and get some help the longer you leave it the worse it will get
