What about a good old fashion Grandpa hug, given to you with the cheer up smile and hope it will infect you

It's always good to have a little cry....to release tension.....but the only thing that will help you in the long run is to search for anything positive....and it might even be as simple as your life might have been so much worse....I am sure millions are.....that is the thought that makes my life "feel better"  anyway, because how can I then complain, when so many are really  suffering......but I still have my downs...but not for long.
To be down consume your strength and make it much harder to fight illness and to see that life offer you something...if you just notice
