can someone be described as a hot mess? I think I am. I am currently in a bad health situation.  I will need to have surgery in August. I have to take off form work and I am worried about how it will all go. anyway as sunday is the start of everyone's week, a hug to all to get off on the right foot.

I can't blame you for being nervous about surgery.
I Would be too. It's the waiting time that makes it all the worse.

Visualize a positive outcome.... and you will worry less.

look up -  stick your chest out - bring it on NO FEAR. The Dr's told me a while ago that if I was a horse I would of been shot by now! I was told by Dr's I would never be able to train or play music anymore - my reply SOD THAT!!! since then I have gained 2" on my physic, started my own drumming team and teach drumming and dancing to kids from the age of 6yrs in schools. Focus on the good focus on what u want and go for it NO FEAR
