I know I'm behind a bit but here is my first lesson.
the fool - carefree, unafraid. I like the way the dog is pulling at his trousers as if to keep him from going over the cliff. Sort of like, he may be a fool, but he has a protector.
the magician - confident and feels as though you should already know the things you ask, but he will tell you anyway.
the high priestess - this card sends a flood of feelings and I can't put my finger on one specific feeling except fear for some off reason.
the empress - calming. as if she's here to take care of everything.
the emperor - invokes thought and concentration. something worldly
the hierophant - reminds me of the food chain..the bird lays the eggs and leaves them in the nest and along comes a cat..he has all of them within his power. maybe the one who decides the fate?
the lovers - this card makes me feel as if the man pictured isn't in love with the woman who is kissing him. Her eyes are closed and his are open sort of looking at or for someone else. She seems committed, while he doesn't.
the chariot - determination without fear. the horses, one being black in color and other white seems to make this feel as if the rider will take on good or bad without reservations. Something about the sun on his shoulder is interesting also.
justice - equality. what strikes me as interesting about this card is the fact that she's stepping on the snake as if to hold it down. The next thing that I find interesting is her eyes are closed but not covered by the blindfold which leave me to feel that she is on her own refusing to see everything but is not blinded by something or someone else.
the hermit - solitude and complete lack of interferance from his thoughts. a place to concentrate and focus.
wheel of fortune - chance, luck. the outcome based solely on the spin, like the flip of a coin. I don't hold much signifigance in this card to be definitive one way or the other. I do find its "stand" interesting in that it never seemed to be something complete since its hung between 2 trees.
strength - grounded and strong. The expression on his face is a placid one as if he were saying, yes, I am strong, watch me do incredible things through my physical strength.
hanged man - fun and playfulness. reminds me more of a fool than the fool card itself. It seems as though he's having fun being upside down reading about his butterflies.
death - the end or the ending of something. I say the ending of something because of the sun in the background..its rays are particially gone and seems to represent it ending or fading.
temperance - beauty and sharing completely. beauty being the wings and the rainbow and sharing completely being the rainbow flowing from one cup to the other without straying from the other.
devil - complex and confused/distorted and harsh. the horns are not the same on both sides, his "feet", one being a claw and the other a hoof. The fire in the background and the pointed wings seem harsh compared to the other cards.
the tower - destruction and uncontrolled power (the lightening). Its as if this card represents a strong, sudden change.
the star - a blessing or good fortune.
the moon - guidance and a watcher
the sun - warmth and hope.
judgment - this card makes me feel scared. As odd as that may seem. The gravestones seem old and uncared for as if the people inside the graves weren't good or cared for people. The angel seems to be saying "its time, wake up. for your fate shall be determined now."
the world - sadness. its as if I can feel the world's sorrow depicted in the picture.

What a brilliant start
Well done. Oh and don't worry about catching up, there is no need, the course is for each person to work through in their own time, no race, no rush
This card we will need to look at more to try and put your feelings into perspective, sometimes, we need to work through our feelings and the cards have a special message for us, before they will let us move on. We can do this in the next section , so no worriesthe high priestess - this card sends a flood of feelings and I can't put my finger on one specific feeling except fear for some off reason.

Gem - That particular card has come up a few times in my own readings. It has represented me, and has shown up as the present and the future. I have a strong feeling that it has some important meaning based on past and recent events and when we did a reading for my husband.
My hope is that it all becomes clear and its not a bad thing.

the Fool
Hi Gem, i've started with the journey and my interpritation of the fool, you already have, i don't know if you could read the entire explenation. It is msword. I take some time to arrive at the full meaning sometimes a few days, especialy the Major Arcanum.
I have done the Minor Arcanum card by card, but haven't assign it to the Zodiac yet.
Is it possible to start with your course at this late stage?
My viewpoint is that we learn continuosly, and other inputs shed light on differing aspects, spiritual and mundane.
Regards
