IHS Probe 4

Hey there!
I know that some else posted something similar to this once but for the life of me I just can't seem to find it.
Knew I should have read it  :smt011

I am finding that when I am trying to install some programs I hit a IHS Probe 4 problem, it says that it cannot connect to the link?
Or cannot find the appropriate path?
Something like that.
My operating system is Windows XP, service pack 2, not really sure what else to say.

Can anyone maybe help me out here?
The help would be greatly appreciated!

Hey, it was def the feng sui ones (the suite) and some of the runes ones.
There was another but unfort can't remember.
Will let you know if I come across it again!

This is the error message that pops up.
Is this a computer problem?
Like maybe doesn't have the correct drivers etc?
