system requirements questions

Hello
I downloaded a subliminal message program from your site but have not installed it yet because I could not find any system requirements on your site?
Any operating system requirements?
PC system requirements?
does program have an uninstall program? thank you,

it works on Windows XP and above other than that the normal config will do.
