Looking for a job change

Hello all
I am relatively new to this forum.
I have a request to all senior fellow members to please have a look at my details and let me know if I can change my present job

1. Is this is favourable time for a job change for me?
2. Can I try for abroad opportunities for next 2-3 years?
3. Actually I am going through many mental tensions and hell lot of health issues which 90% of which have never cured?

Following are my details
DOB 17-11-1979
place- mumbai
time 10:25pm

following things i am observing for past 1.5 yrs
no nonveg
no alchohol
fast on sat
hanuman chalisa recitation
