jobless please help

Don 27121970 1115 am new delhi
after 10 years of service I resigned on 28th may inspite of having no job in hand
I was so frustrated my down slide started from june 2011i guess rahu transit in Scorpio...
now when can I expect a decent job
my freind who is in Dubai says that u come here on tourist visa and search personally here

please have a look in my chart and advise
