Advise regarding job change?

Dear all,

I require advise from you regarding job change as i do not feel motivated to continue, job profile is good but BOSS and co workers are not supportive.

To add on daily commute is tiresome takes 4 to 4.5 hrs daily to commute everyday

Please advise below are my details many old members must be having it  :)

You may get chances from 15/jan/2013 but still chances will be weak and you had to struggle a lot in that job as well and you had really work hard to sustain your job.
