I did a Celtic Cross Reading with the question - "What does the New Year look like?"
1. Heart of the Matter - 2 of Pentacles Reversed
2. Crossing - Page of Pentacles
3. Root Cause - 4 of Pentacles
4. Recent Past - 5 of Wands Reversed
5. Crowing - Ace of Cups Reversed
6. Near Future - 8 of Cups
7. As I Am - The Lovers Reversed
8. View of Others - 2 of Cups Reversed
9. Hopes and Dreams - 4 of Wands Reversed
10. Outcome - Queen of Wands
I thought I'd try reversed cards but now I'm stuck. Also don't get the Queen of Wands as an outcome. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
Thanks, Fig

Hi,
The acceptable standard regarding reversed cards in a CC, is that they should not exceed 50% of the spread, from cards 1-10. You have 6 reversals and that may be an indicator that the reading might be off-base.
I have a guide you may use to do the Celtic Cross. This guide is compiled using the RW.

Blessed be.

I have a lot to learn apparently. I did not know there was a percentage with reversals. It did look odd especially with all the emotional card reversed and together. I will check out your link.
Thanks for your reply.
