Depends, who is 3rd house lord, where is ketu and in which house the conjunction took place.

Lagna is scorpio.
So, 3rd lord is saturn. (jupiter stays in 3rd house)
saturn gets exalted in 12house , conjuct with ketu..

Can you explain me the meaning of it in detail??
