This is a very nice topic ...

I am unaware of others .. but let me put this as an xample ...
I certainly dont support liars but sometimes its necesary to keep the good going -

My lagna is mithun - and my 2nd house is Cancer (Moon is Swami)
Moon (7 degree) is placed in Lagna with Guru (10 degree)
and Mercury along with Shukra and Surya is placed in Dhanu (7th house)

I have also seen one thing about me - that sometimes I say something ust to say something (to make some point) - And surprisingly that turns out to be true in the near future... and then my friends come back to me and say - "dekh tune ye bola tha..."
And I am like - "Maine to aise hi bola tha yaar..."

This is about lying thats it...

We are trying to find out about how to figure about tendency of
lying in native's chart.

Thanks for replying.
Yes, you are right that this topic is only about "figuring out the tendency of speaking lies"

But I sincerely have no intentions of getting my horo discussed or finding any personal details.

According to my thoughts - The topic of tendency to speaking lies is not independent  rather it is relative to the tendency to speaking the truth.

And what I tried to discuss is only the other side of the same coin (topic) which according to me is important to completely understand the scope of entire topic

I think you are quite right about both the people.

Both fields demand or rather force people to learn this art of lying.  :smt005

But on serious note there must be a sign to mention about natural capability or tendency of the native to lie without suffering with a disease of lying(Disease known as compulsive liars)

second lord mercury is in 2nd house and in aries navamsa
aries navamsa's lord mars is in own house aries aspected by saturn's 10th aspect

i hope i understood govardhan ji's thread rightly, correct me if not

the native is a frequent liar , not for intented harm but more for making others feel  right .
also native lies to get out of situations..

One more thought...
what about 5th house of communication?, i think that is very important to ascertain about liars..
in this native's chart 5th house virgo(again owned by 2nd lord mercury) is afflicted by rahu.

Sun conjunct Mercury

As for chronic liars, afflictions to Mercury most definitely. I've come across charts of several liars with weak sun conjunct decently strong mercury or combust mercury (placed within certain close degrees of sun)

When sun conjunctes Mer it is called buddhadhitya yoga... though a common but still considered to be a very strong yoga..
how can you consider it for a sign for a liar ...

I do lie often, manytimes for simple reasons, just to please people.

I have moon in 2nd house, in parivartan with Saturn in 8th.

Saturn from 8th is aspecting Mercury in 10th as well.
