Property Purchase

I would like to seek an answer for my query. I am planning to buy a Property (Plot) in India i am in touch with some sellers but nothing has finalized till today.

Will i be able to buy my desired Property (Plot) in coming 3 Months?

In my opinion you will not be able to buy property. Property is matter of 4 house, rule ris Sa rx. Your ruler Ma is in detriment and peregrine, enable to act, just inside of 7 house, you are in power of sellers.There are no applaying aspect between your rulers, Moon or Ma with Sa rx, so the answer to your question is No.
