Healing energies to another spell

This is a simply yet affective way to send healing energies to those in need.

I focus (or meditate) then concentrate on the person that I want to send the energy to, I then say, (sometimes out loud sometimes in my head)

'Let them heal and recover well. Let them see it, be able to tell.
Let the problem go away; make it now a healthy day.
All the problems from them flush. Send them well wishes I must!'

And that is all there is to it. I know that I use this when I am sending to the people on here and I have always gotten a positive result from it.
