Does anyone know of any aromatherapy for anxiety/panic attacks. Need something to help me relax before bedtime.
Thank you in advance.

Clary Sage is a great essential oil for anxiety and panic. Lavender is helpful for sleep. Both are calmatives. Add three drops of clary sage and three drops of lavendar essential oils to water in an aromatherapy burner, light the tealight and drift off. I have found that a tealight will burn itself out around the same time that the water empties from the burner. Please use a proper essential oil burner. It should hold approximately 75 ml of water. Hope this helps you :)
