A quick pick me up

Post by aelis2004 » Thu Aug 11, 2005 10:17 pm

Sad, tired, have you shed a few tears?..... it happens to just everybody... a tired child, a fed up adult.... The best solution for feeling good again is also a very easy one: in half a glass of water put two teaspoons of sugar or glucose powder, and squeeze some lemon juice to your liking. Stir and sip it little by little, or take a teaspoon at a time. You'll be back on you feet in less than ten minutes! Guaranteed.... (this was my aunts' secret recepie when I was child)
Lemon is both calming and energizing and sugar offers the necessary calories to get you started again..... :smt002
