Shining Third Eye But Unbalanced..

Hello, I'm 21 Years Old..I never do meditation...but I listen to some relaxing music In the dark [Royksopp] Anyway..Once I was like playing with cards..
I could visualize the cards before It opens I thought at first It's just a feeling..
then It start to get bigger [When I had my mind free not thinking of my gf or anything] I've seen cards so clearly before It opens..and I go mistaken by 87%..Ive experienced out of body sight..once I was waiting in the street and wanted to use my third eye I closed my eyes and went to the end of the street with my vision and saw a huge GMC Car..and open it..after 10 seconds the GMC Car passed..It all happen In one day..I don't know after that I cant see stuff clearly sometimes I see it blurry and sometimes I feel the eye is closed can't vizulize anything..
Any help ?
