I would like to know the pyhsical process of how to do distant healing for others. , and most importantly I would like to know what is grounding and how do do you go about doing it. I just cant even get experts in this field to answer these questions.

I think perhaps people are reluctant to answer your questions in a forum such as this because quite frankly the answer would take many pages of information and the task of writing it all down is beyond practicality. Research Reiki and Seichim and you will find many hundreds of thousands of websites, course, workshops, books, videos, dvds lessons etc etc.
There is no short cut, no short post answer, it takes time and dedication.
Grounding is covered in many forums here at Mystic Board, look at our reiki board or crystal healing or psychic and medium development etc
