Can fear of the unknown prevent one from unblocking chakras?

Chakras.......blcoked.. too open etc.....

Post by Rev_Vesta » Fri Nov 23, 2007 12:15 am

There are many more than just the basic 7......Sometimes Chakras can seem blocked, or they  can seem to be too open.......
it is important that they are balanced and realigned......
Firstly I go through each Chakra visually and check to see which need balancing..... once balanced they then need to make sure they are comppletely realigned within the body.........brings wholeness, unity within.......
there are many basic Chakra meditations available which are a good starting point....... read through the message board, read plenty of books, mags etc.....write down everything yu find interesting inregards to the Chakras......
Next thing to do is find someone who can either in person or online cn help you, someone you can trust.......

yes sometimes fear can keep the Chakras Blocked, it is important to wrk through the fear before the Chakras begin to unblock and rebalance and realign......

Hi Rev_Vesta
Thank you I have visited a few wedsites that have been of great help. One even shows you what you must do to clear
each and every chakra, they also say you must start with the root chakra and work your self up to the crown chakra.Very interesting stuff.

Thanks again

Hi,

Welcome to Mystic Board :)

How do you balance starting from the crown? Where do you take the energy from? I personally agree with Rev, always start with the base when carrying out any chakra work, starting with the crown can lead to the client getting light headed and dizzy and faint and the whole chakra system can become unstable and unbalanced.
