letting go of pain

can it be done through clearing chakras? I'm wondering..maybe it might help me ease some emotional pain still stuck inside of me..

chakra clearing can definitely help you let go of pain, but be prepared that you will have to face any issues that are causing the chakras to be blocked in the first place.  IE if the first chakra or root chakra is blocked you will have to deal with issues regarding to base emotions.  This is a great way to heal.  Hang in there!

This is what I do .Most of the time pain is just another form of energy.So whenever I am taking a bath I take energy from the core of the earth(golden) and from the universe(white) and fill my chakras with it.And then I shield myself with purple aura.
