Just a share of thoughts!

First of all, Thanks alot Aeris for sharing the technique. I do the cleansing every morning now and it's been 3 consecutive morning. Yesterday morning, I felt alot of easier to summon energy rather than before. I use Whirlwind technique.

My question is, since I'm just up to Heart Chakra, is it ok to assume the cleansing above the Heart level ?
