There are some wonderful Chakra Opening Cds out there. I tried one the other night. It was so wonderful. I felt so light like I was floating. It was calming also. I saw all kinds of beautiful colors. I got it from my Mind, Body, Soul collection.

I have  those too  the one i got is form Osho   his work is wonderful  my favorite  one i have to say  is when i opening my Crown Chara by doing that  i get to  talk to my spirited guide  more  and  even  see god O_o .
