There is no need for a new attunement.  Just start with self-Reiki.  The more you do it the more you will notice the little things.

Goodness me!  I think I've forgotten how to self-reiki!  It really has been too long.  (shame on me!) LOL

Well............... do you watch tv? When you are sitting comfortably on  the settee and the adverts come on, go into 'self reiki mode' or lying in bed first thing in the morning when you have woken same thing s.r.mode, or last thing at night
