Charlene:  It is not bad spirits but it can be the misuse of the exercises you are using.  It may be that you need to change your approach so that headaches or other aches or pains are Not experienced.  There is only love in spirit realms.  If pain is experienced it is our own problem in getting the attunement process right.  Adjust your approach and it will work without pain.
