dreams are happenening in real

sir i am eager to know a answer about it and i came to find that mystic board will give a right anwers.
what is it?
dreams are meant to know that it is our part of unconcious thinking but
in my fact it is happenening in real.
where in fact it is atleast partially happening.
for ex
  if i come accross a accident scenario.
   i could figure it out and that happens in some other conditions.
which happens in differrent perspects.
there is a phycological disease where one thinks if something happens in real they ll have mentality that they knew it already and also had a thought of it already.
for ex
  if some one sees a person they could have a thought that the person was seen some where.
but
 i had this in mind and i made a check list of what happened in my dreams.
 i waited for time to have that condition occur.
similarly that factors those came in my dream happens.
