I am attaching our flats layout here... please could anyone suggest any improvments or changes. We have a small home-cum-office type setup.

Normally we will need the house contruction date.the last renovation date and a person bithdate that ocuppied every room.

i dont have most of this info.
last renovated just before 13 feb 2005. there is only one bedroom which swetha (6-aug-1979) and me (1-aug-1975) occupy. the other room is basically a store room is nothing but for storage etc ... but was made to be a sitting room. all the doors pointed out in the picture.

In my pendulum analysis your premises is rating at 80% negative.

Of this 80% negative Vastu:-

Land contributes 50%
Building contributes 40%
Electromagnetics contribute 5%
Old papers, clothes etc contribute 5%

In this situation I would suggest:-

1] placement of 10 Pre-Energized and Saturated Pyramid Vastu Correction Pyramids

2] Removal of or Protection from old papers / clothes

2. what do u mean by electromagnetics?
3. how do we correct land and building negative vaastu?
4. ur balconies open to the north and entrance at the end i.e south

hmmm...main door opening into south is bad. especially for both ur horoscopes
very few ppl have clicked living in such houses(obviously their charts supported such places)

always keep north-east balcony door open(atleast thru-out day time)

except for bedroom everything else is against u

the bedroom was in NW...but someone said thats not gud...so we got it changed to SW. and is it is already built we cant do anything about the exterior.

best possible solution is to always keep north-east balcony door open(atleast thru-out day time) and close main door(open only when someone knocks)

I take it that your post quoted hereunder is addressed to me although there is no clear reference.

1] Old papers, if they have to be preserved then it is best to keep them in atleast 4 layers of covering. i.e. the old paper is placed inside an envelope. The first envelope is placed inside a larger 2nd envelop. The 2nd envelop is placed inside a plastic bag. The plastic bag is placed inside a brief-case or yet another plastic bag which is placed in a drawer or cupboard.

2] TV, Fridge, AC, Mobile Phones, Electric Meters, Washing Machines, etc. cause electromagnetic disturbances. They need to be protected with apropriate measures.

3] All vastu defects can be corrected by using pyramid energy instruments having minimum 100 times greater power than the negativity to be treated.

4] Once pre-energized pyramid instruments are placed, there is no need to worry about the direction of the door, window etc. Just as an air-conditioner creates a localized and trapped thermal environment, these pre-energized pyramids create a localized and trapped energy environment independent of the outside energy forces.

I used to do meditation/healing in a six foot copper tubing pyramid and imagine the concept might be the same, for balance and energy.

In the design of your flat, if the North is shown in the perfect manner, I won't suggest to stay in this flat for a long period. I don't know since how long you have been staying in this house but in 18 months period in this flat you will start facing problems. An ideal house for disease. Female members may suffer more. Pyramid may bring some solution for a period of time, bu I am afraid it will not be permenant. Best solution is sale it off and move to a better place. Pyramids and other Yantras may help you in getting out of this situation faster. Such houses are difficult to sale otherwise.
