According to Einstein, nothing is created, and nothing can be destroyed, so I can avoid believing in reencarnation.

Personally, i've come to believe that how you choose to live your life in the physical world,(beliefs, spirituality, conduct, ideals, practices) in some sense would impact on what happens to your soul in the afterlife. To be reincarnation is not for everyone, and who does and who doesn't, is a matter of spiritual subjectivity.
