wow! thats a wealth of information! i do meditation off and on... but never tried yoga.

i even took art of living class sometime back. i dont know if it helped much. but maybe thats becuase i did pratice it at home as we were asked to do.

me really interested in yoga..as me suffer frm swelling of feet etc due to lack of exercise!!
have been wanting to start... but never did. have a heard a lot about ramdevji maharaj.
mayb i shall serious think about it starting now!
