Re: Report Board Issues
Until we know that board notifications are definitely working again, could all members including readers please manually check the boards on a fairly regular basis?
This is the only way that we can make this current situation work.

Re: Report Board Issues
Hi Rishi,
It feels good to be back on the site again, after almost exactly three months away from my role as a co-administrator on Mystic Board.
While this is a temporary way of getting around this problem, I would much prefer that the software fault be more permanently fixed.
But sadly I am not the person who has either the knowledge or the authority, felt necessary in order to be able to perform this "miracle".
Cheers,
Brian

Report Board Issues
I had problems last night as the board was telling me I couldnt post as I wasnt online, yet it had me registered as being online. I kept logging in and it still wouldnt recognise me. Restarting the whole computer fixed it Probably just teething problems.
The profile also made me 9 months younger

Re: Report Board Issues
Since restarting your computer fixed whatever the problem was, it is more than likely to be something to do with your internet connection, or you might have malware hiding somewhere on your machine.TimothySuice wrote: ↑Sun Feb 24, 2019 10:14 amI had problems last night as the board was telling me I couldnt post as I wasnt online, yet it had me registered as being online. Your computer is not properly connecting to the forum database, which contains your permission to post as well as your profile information.
You can correct your date of birth at any time, by editing your profile.
There is a drop down menu to the right of your user name (which should appear in red if you are properly logged in).
Select Profile.
Select Edit Profile
Insert the correct Day, Month and Year (3 drop down menus).
Down the bottom, click on SUBMIT.
This will save the information to the forum database.
Problem solved?
