I pace constantly in my house but my phobia keeps me from leaving it. I NEED to join a gym to get in shape. :( I need to get more exercise because I'm so sedentary that I'm restless! It's awful to see myself at such a young age doing nothing I feel guilty ha! It's just that I know I could do better but I am lazy or guilt tripping myself to do NOTHING instead. >:(

I didnt do exercise as in lke going to the gym, but ever since my parents gave me a bike, I never let it go, I grew up in Cozumel, Mexico, a smalll island in the carribean, so it was lovely to go cycling, I went to school, went everywhere on it. Now when I came back to the UK I stopped. I usually went swimming and to the gym. Then I went back to Mexico for a year or two and starting dancing again. I SO LOVED IT!!!........ I even joined the carnival for the first time. So i guess that is a yes.
I myself play basketball. I have a basket mounted up in my yard and this way I'm able to play daily, for about 2-3 hours, when my brain is depleted from all the study. I want to do the impossible, to go from 1.63 to 1.79 meters, and I'm 18 years old. I also read a post from Pravin Kumar (can't remember his name exactly), in which he said that if you follow your goal, you will eventually succeed.
I also had some time spent on Vovinam (vietnamese martial arts), where I first found out about spirituality and the power of the mind over the body.
