Are you a Morning or Night person

I am definitely a morning person. Quite often I'm up before the birds!! My OH thinks it's an age thing (although he's older than me and can sleep for England!!) but I think that it's lovely to watch the sun rise and embrace the day. It also means I get my jobs done early so I have some 'me' time later on. If I didn't get done early - invariably someone would ring me at lunchtime for a 2 hour chat and I would be all behind!!

So I love the mornings!!

I have never been a morning person.

However I do prefer getting an early start to the day as then the day is long.

But I must admit I do not like the late evening because it means that tomorrow is too close for comfort. And if I go to bed too late (like tonight) I tend to get grumpy because I sleep in and miss half the day.

I am not normal I know. lol

I am a night person.  I have never liked getting up early in the morning.

I'm a morning person, it's spring here in australia, the earth begins to stir with new life, flowers everywhere, the mornings a little warmer every day, I love it!

I would have to say im a night person,because thats when i get some 'ME' time and can relax.But i also like getting up early,love the smell of the morning air and getting all that needs to be done out of the way

Um washing,paying bills if need be,feeding the birds,cat and dog and maybe some study.....Always better to get that out of the way!

Is this similar to the sunrise/sunset question?   I prefer morning - then you have the whole day to look forward to.

When I am up early, I feel energized and ready to start the day...
This is when I get most of my chores done, before I go to work...
As the day wears down I become more lethargic....in bed early

I am more of a night person....i can never get up early in the morning........but stay awake at night and complete all the tasks in hand...can anyone throw light on why some of us prefer morning and other night and not to forget people who enjoy both.......

I'm a definite night person, more relaxed, not so hot, can go shopping while its not so crowded, I enjoy the peace and quiet.  :smt023
