Is exchange of houses any type of rajyoga especially that of lord of 4th and 9th. If so I m giving details of chart native is having an exchange of 4th and 9th house lords and presently under same dasha from last 1 and half year but no raj yoga felt as of now . please tell when will this yoga will give her result

ok..for libra ascedent, saturn is good anywhere but being in 12th is somewhat bad.
actually there's a parivartana(exchange) of 4th and 9th and aso 4-12, 5-9,5-12 bcoz mercury owns 9 and 12 and is semi-good only.
saturn in 100% good but being in 12th will make the person spend money for good cause.
and also its retrograde in friend's sign which makes t weak.
also jupiter is in 12th.
the 12th owner ship of mercury and retrograde 12th position of saturn with jupiter has killed rajayoga or wotever.
RAJA YOGA actually means owning large lands and wealth. but these days popularity and wealth indicate this yoga.
venus, the ascedent owner being afflicted by sun & ketu made the person weak
strong planet is mars in 5th (just jumped out of its exalt sign)
moon with mars indicates blood,mensus related probs for women.
