Diff Between Numerology, Format numerology and Namology?

Hi.
I want to know the difference between numerology, format numerology and Namology. Which one i have to prefer when naming my new born baby.?
Each of them asking me different inputs from me to name my new born baby, apart from the basic question of baby birth date and time. Actually what are the details required to name a new born baby.?
