Is Breakfast,Important
There’s a reason why people have said for many years that “breakfast is the most important meal of the day”. After six, seven or eight hours – if you’re lucky – of sleep, your body and brain need some fuel to power and prepare them for the day ahead. Like a car, you can’t run on an empty tank, you need some petrol.

Well, if you would not eat after 6 pm, you would be starving in the morning, and it is important to eat your breakfast. This is a good way to drop some weight as well. Just remember, try no eating very fat food in the morning, because that is not very healthy, you ought to eat big lunch, but very easy breakfast, like fruits for example, a sandwich or two with a cup of tea.
