Now these two planets do not make adverse angles with interamnia or sedna, and they are mutually making good angle with each other, health of the person will be good.
whether they make horoscope or not. astrology , can not change any thing here.

Case B
however in cases, where one of the two planets is afflicted,by interamnai or sedna, then that person would suffer from health problems and then some gemstone say ruby can bring visible improvement in these cases.

but gemstone woud help in control of disease but would not bring this person at par with Case A.
