I have a friend who absolutely loves E Tolle. I tried to listen to him, and I just cant get past the accent. I dont read much,  but do listen to lots of audio. I wish I could get past this because I beleive he has great and marvelous things to teach me.

Please note that this response is not from an expert but I do have an opinion on sublimnals I have used them a bit and just ordered a bunch from innertalk. I see no way they could hurt, if made correctly. In other words, If the messages are stated in a negative form they can impart the wrong message...
